Lauren is a second-year MSW intern at the University at Albany and is passionate about the intersections of personal growth, collective care, and liberatory systems.

She is thrilled to be part of the Community Center's Well-Being Services team and to work with individuals, families, couples, and groups. For the last 16 years in the Hudson Valley, Lauren has served her communities as a community herbalist, educator, and organizer, with values rooted in social and environmental justice and mutual aid.

Some of her outlets for joy and connection include gardening, visiting the ocean, dancing, campfires, and writing postcards to her people near and far.
