Journal Details
As part of our 20th Anniversary Celebration, the Hudson Valley LGBTQ+ Community Center is producing a program journal for all event guests onsite at the Culinary Institute of America on November 15th, including information about event speakers and award winners, recognition for all of our sponsors and more. Join the very good company in our journal by purchasing an advertisement for your business or organization, or to honor a person or cause, and help to support the Community Center.
In addition to being shared with the 200+ guests at the Celebration, copies of the journal will be available in the Community Center and shared during our December Open House Celebration. A PDF version of the Journal will also be available on the Community Center website.
Ad Sizes and Prices
The Journal will be 8.25” x 8.25”, produced in full color glossy pages, perfect to show off your business, organization, honorary or memorial ad. Ad sizes and prices are as follows:
Back cover (7.75” x 7.75”): $1,250
Inside front or back cover (7.75” x 7.75”): $1,100
Full page (7.75” x 7.75”): $1,000
Half page (3.625” x 7.75”): $650
Quarter page (3.625” x 3.625”): $350
Business card (3.625” x 1.8125”): $200
About Deadlines and Artwork
Logos and camera-ready journal ads may be submitted to 20th@lgbtqcenter.org with the subject line “Journal Ad Artwork.” Logos should be a minimum 300 dpi and may either jpg or png files. Journal ads may be submitted as pdf, jpg or png files. Please submit your reservation and artwork by Friday, October 17th.
About Payment
Payment can be made be made via credit card or check. To pay via credit card, go to www.lgbtqcenter.org/journal. Checks should be made payable to the Hudson Valley LGBTQ+ Community Center and mailed to 300 Wall Street, Kingston, NY 12401. Send to the attention of Juliet Brown, Director of Operations and Development.
