The Trump Administration’s conduct has violated basic human rights. These violations impact ALL Americans and persons in the U.S. regardless of ethnicity, sex, gender, sexual orientation, age, immigration status, residency location, or work environment. This workshop will not only identify, analyze and critique the basis and extent of the violations but also how we can & should resist. Areas of discussion include:

• The dual court system in the U.S.

• What are our fundamental rights and how are they being abrogated?

• What can you do to protect your rights, the rights of family members, the community?

Join us as Kris McDaniel-Miccio, JD LLM JS.D guides our analysis and takes your questions in a program which is key to understanding the issues and potential actions to resist abrogation of your 14th Amendment rights.

Kris McDaniel-Miccio is an international award-winning attorney, writer, teacher and activist, who has working tirelessly to protect democracy & basic human rights. As well as an attorney and law professor, experienced in litigation and in authoring policy & legislative/international law, she is an ordained rabbi. She is also credited with mountains of published articles that not only critique attacks upon fundamental rights but also articulate viable challenges to state, federal and international attempts to abrogate rights.
