Instructions for Online Voting

  1. You must be a current member (as of December 30, 2011) of the HV LGBTQ Community Center to be eligible to vote.
  2. You must enter your name in name box of the online proxy form to validate your ballot. Ballots without a name will be invalidated.
  3. Indicate your choices by marking the boxes below.
  4. You may vote for up to four (4) directors. Improperly or illegibly marked ballots, or voting for more than four (4) directors, will invalidate your ballot.
  5. You must submit your online proxy ballot no later than January 28, 2012.
