Frank has had a career as a school administrator since 1979 and retired in June 2010 after serving eight years as Superintendent of the Arlington School District. Frank, a Pleasant Valley resident, was appointed as a interim board member in September 2010 has been serving energetically on the Board ever since. He has served as Treasurer and as the Center’s Liaison for our capital project. Frank was elected to the Vice President in 2012 and continues to advance the Center’s mission by furthering publicity and outreach in Dutchess County and by using the relationships he has built in the area to augment fundraising and attendance at Center events.
